Q: What is Ready Room Swag?
A: RRS leverages print-on-demand and drop-shipping to create orders with no minimums. Only one Mess Officer and an Assistant Mess O can be assigned access to the Mess Officer store. Your swag is saved and you’ll be able to order as little as one or as many as several hundred pieces without having to repeatedly pay for digitization fees.
Q: I can order swag from another website for cheaper and often faster, why should I use Ready Room Swag?
A: RRS was created by aircrew for aircrew. We know what you want, and we were tired of having a product that changed with every Mess O Turnover.
Q: How long does it take to get my swag?
A: Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for your swag to be delivered.
Q: How much are the digitization fees?
A: There are no fees associated with RRS.
Q: Why can’t I see any swag?
A: Ready Room Swag is designed for Squadron Mess Officers to supply their units with logo-ized swag specific to that squadron.
Q: I’m a squadron Mess Officer, how do I sign up?
Click on the “Mess Officer” page and sign up with your personal or work email. Be sure to include your unit so we can account for up to 2 accounts that will have full access to your squadron’s swag. If you don’t see your squadron’s merch, send us an email with high quality images of your logos. You’ll receive a catalog of designs (that can be altered based on your needs) and a timeline for when your squadron’s swag will be available for sale.
Q: Can I get my callsign on my swag?
A: We offer callsign customization on a case-by-case basis, please contact us for this service.
Q: Can I make adjustments to my swag designs?
A: Please have your Mess Officer contact us with design change requests, we will send you a digitized proof before changing the product itself.
